Privacy Policy — Mr Content

This Privacy Policy describes how Mr Content ("the app"), an internal tool operated by PRD nationwide Hunter Valley ("we", "us", "our"), accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes information, including information received from Google APIs. The app is used only by our own authorised staff to manage our own business accounts. It is not offered to the public, and members of the public do not sign in to it.

1. Who uses the app and which accounts it connects to

The app is authorised by our business owner using our business Google account, and connects only to:

our own YouTube channel, PRD nationwide Hunter Valley;
our own Google Docs and Google Sheets used for internal operations;
our own Microsoft 365 (SharePoint and Teams) workspace; and
our own real estate listing software (VaultRE) and our own social media pages.

2. Google user data the app accesses

The app requests the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube ("Manage your YouTube account") for our own channel only. With it, the app accesses:

Our uploaded videos' metadata (video ID, title, description, tags, upload date, privacy status)	List and find our own videos; set titles, descriptions and tags; change a video's visibility (private, unlisted, public) after staff review; identify our own outdated videos for staff to hide.
Video files and thumbnail images that we upload	Upload our own property marketing videos and thumbnails to our channel. These files are produced by our staff; the app does not download other people's videos.

The app does not access YouTube comments, messages, subscriber identities, watch history, other channels' data, Gmail, Google Contacts or Google Drive files beyond the specific internal documents named in section 3.

3. Other information

Google Docs / Sheets: our internal team brief document and property tracking spreadsheet — to update dates and publish our daily internal brief.
Microsoft 365: our own business files (e.g. property videos and documents in SharePoint) and internal staff notifications in Microsoft Teams.
Listing software and social pages: property listing details (address, features, description) used to write video titles and descriptions and to check our own advertising before it is published.

Some of these sources contain business contact details of our staff. Personal information of clients is not collected by the app for YouTube purposes and is never uploaded to YouTube.

4. How information is used

Information is used only to provide the app's features for our own business: uploading and managing our own videos, preparing marketing copy from our own listings, keeping our records up to date, and notifying our staff. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to build profiles of individuals, and do not use it to train generalised artificial-intelligence models.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. Google user data is disclosed only:

to our own authorised staff, through internal notifications (for example, a link to a newly uploaded video for review);
to service providers that process data on our behalf solely to run the app's features (our private server host; an AI text service used to draft titles and descriptions from our own listing text — no Google account data is sent to it other than the property details being described); or
where required by law.

6. Google API Services — Limited Use

Mr Content's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube is operated by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Storage and security

The app runs on our private business server in Australia. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.
The Google OAuth credentials and refresh token are stored in files readable only by the server's administrator account and are never shared or published.
The app keeps only minimal working records: video IDs, file names, upload dates and processing status. Video files are held temporarily during upload and deleted immediately afterwards.
All connections to Google, YouTube and Microsoft use encrypted HTTPS.

8. Retention and deletion

Temporary video and image files: deleted as soon as each upload completes.
Working records (video IDs, status): kept for up to 24 months for business record-keeping, then deleted.
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's Third-party connections page, which immediately stops the app accessing YouTube. On revocation or request we delete the stored credentials and working records within 30 days.

9. Children

The app is not directed to children and is used only by our adult staff.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
