Mr Content and our related internal automation tools are operated by PRD nationwide Hunter Valley for its own staff. They connect our own business accounts (including our YouTube channel, Google Workspace documents, Microsoft 365, our real estate software and our social media pages) to automate routine tasks such as filing property videos, preparing marketing copy and sending staff notifications.
Use is limited to authorised PRD nationwide Hunter Valley staff. The tools are not offered to, and may not be used by, members of the public or third parties.
Authorised users must use the tools only for legitimate business purposes, in line with our internal policies, applicable law (including Australian privacy and consumer law and NSW property advertising rules), and the terms of the third-party services the tools connect to, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
Content created or published through the tools (such as videos, descriptions and posts) belongs to PRD nationwide Hunter Valley or its licensors. Automatically generated content is reviewed by staff before it is made public.
The tools are provided for internal use "as is". We may change, suspend or retire any tool at any time.
